This work introduces a rapidly self-healing electronic skin (E-Skin) designed for real-time electrophysiological monitoring. Unlike existing materials with slow recovery, the proposed E-Skin restores over 80% of its functionality within 10 seconds after mechanical damage, without external stimuli. It ensures reliable biometric measurements under harsh conditions, including underwater and variable temperatures, achieving >95% accuracy in muscle strength analysis and AI-driven fatigue detection. These results highlight the potential of fast self-healing E-Skins for practical, continuous health monitoring and wearable applications.
